THE SOME/THINGS SECRET space will be made available to rent for events during Paris Men’s Fashion Week [16th till 20th of January], Haute Couture [21st till 24th of January], and Ready-to-Wear [26th of February till 6th of March]. All packages include communication, event organisation, and photo/video documentation by SOME/THINGS AGENCY. The space may also be made available outside of the Fashion Week season, with the possibility of a specially conceived catering service by a renowned Parisian restaurant. SOME/THINGS SECRET, which opened in November 2010, IS A DYNAMIC EXPERIMENTAL SPACE RATHER THAN A CONVENTIONAL GALLERY. IT ACTS AS A PHYSICAL EXTENSION OF SOME/THINGS MAGAZINE, EXHIBITING WORKS FEATURED WITHIN THE PAGES OF THE PUBLICATION, AS WELL AS PROJECTS AND PIECES COMMISSIONED EXCLUSIVELY FOR SOME/THINGS. IN ADDITION, IT PRODUCES AN ON-GOING SERIES OF ARTIST TALKS AND PRESENTATIONS, PERFORMANCES, FILM SCREENINGS, AND CREATIVE INTERACTIONS.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac off Rue Oberkampf, SOME/THINGS SECRET is situated near many fashion/couture offices and PR agencies. The 100m2 space features a modern and fully equipped kitchen and office corner, iMac screens, a large HD flat TV screen, sound equipment, and professional video projector.
